Gacha and Battle System: While character creation is free, the “gacha” element comes into play for acquiring units to use in the battle modes.
- Gacha Units: Gacha over 180 units and 150 pets to use in combat. Some rare units include “Corrupted” and “DJ” characters.
- Unit Enhancement: Collect materials (gems, gold, bytes) from battles and mini-games to enhance, awaken, and increase the skill levels of your units, making them stronger for combat.
- Four Battle Modes:
- Story Mode: Progress through a narrative, battling enemies and learning more about the Gacha Club world.
- Training Mode: Practice combat mechanics and test out your units.
- Tower Mode: Climb a tower, facing increasingly difficult waves of enemies.
- Shadows of Corruption: A more challenging battle mode.
- Turn-Based Combat: Battles are typically turn-based, where your characters automatically attack, and you strategically use their special skills (active and passive) that charge up during combat.
