What we collect
Your email address and sign-in records; your plan and billing status; what you save, the alerts you set and your API keys (stored as hashes); usage counts used for plan limits; and basic request data such as IP address and browser type. For visitors who are not signed in, we count usage with a one-way hash of IP address and browser, not the raw values.
How we use it
To run your account, apply plan limits, send the emails you ask for (sign-in links, alerts, digests), process payments, prevent abuse and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
Service providers
Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting and network), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Amazon Web Services (file storage) and OpenAI (AI features, which only receive public store data, never your personal data).
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days after you ask us to close the account, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by emailing hi@dailynewgames.com.
