The service

DailyNewGames collects publicly available information about games on the App Store, Google Play and Steam and presents it as a release feed, charts, publisher links, build analysis and related tools. By using the site or the API you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One person per account. The Pro plan is for personal use; companies should use Max or Team.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, resell or republish our data in bulk, share accounts or API keys, or try to get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

API and MCP access is limited to the volume included in your plan.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew until you cancel. Upgrades and downgrades take effect right away. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.

Data accuracy

Store data can change or be wrong at the source. Publisher links show the evidence we found and can still be mistaken. AI-generated breakdowns and ideas may contain errors. Check important facts before you rely on them.

Intellectual property

Game names, icons, screenshots and descriptions belong to their owners and are shown to identify the games. The site, its software and our compiled data are ours.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
